Aro Granite Industries Seeks ₹50 Crore Promoter Loans At AGM

Aro Granite reported FY26 net loss of ₹11.81 crore on ₹85.33 crore net sales and other income. Shareholders will vote on authorizing up to ₹50 crore of aggregate borrowings from promoter-directors during FY27 for working capital, equivalent to 68.02% of FY26 consolidated turnover, alongside managerial reappointments.
