Bank Of India To Consider USD 1 Billion Medium-Term Note Programme

Bank of India’s Board will meet on 14 August 2026 to consider approving a Medium-Term Note programme of up to USD 1 billion, with multiple three- and five-year USD bond issuances through its GIFT City branch until 31 December 2026. This is a material fundraising initiative.
