Wholly owned US subsidiary Global Impx won US$15.5m (~Rs147 crore) fixed-fee SOW from IBM Cloud for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support in New Jersey. Work commenced 24 September 2026 under 21 August MSA, payable across five milestones to go-live plus 30-day support.
