Mahindra & Mahindra Creates Holidays-Lifespaces Sector, Names Amit Sinha CEO

Mahindra Group is creating a dedicated Holidays and Lifespaces sector to accelerate growth and operational synergies. Lifespaces’ residential pre-sales rose fivefold to ~₹3,500 crore since FY20, GDV reached ₹50,000 crore, and profits ~₹300 crore; MLDL CEO Amit Sinha will lead the sector after his successor is appointed.
