Mayur Leather Products Loses Statutory Auditor Before Five-Year Term Ends

Jain Paras Bilala & Co. resigned as statutory auditor, effective August 13, 2026 or approval of June 30, 2026 quarterly financials, whichever is later, citing its engagement-continuance policy. The auditor reported no management disagreement or other material concerns and will complete the quarter’s limited review; the Board will appoint a replacement.
