Nimbus Projects Guarantees ₹23 Crore ICICI Bank Loan For Subsidiary IITL-Nimbus

Board approved Nimbus Projects acting as guarantor for a Rs. 23 crore term loan facility from ICICI Bank to subsidiary IITL-Nimbus (The Express Park View). The loan at 10.10% p.a. for 36 months will refinance existing debt and fund ongoing projects.
