Sharika Enterprises Approves ₹27 Crore Preferential Share And Warrant Issuance

Board approved fund raise via preferential issue of up to 1.51 Cr equity shares at Rs 14.33/share (~Rs 21.7 Cr) and up to 38.38 lakh warrants at Rs 14.33/warrant (~Rs 5.5 Cr), aggregating ~Rs 27.2 Cr, subject to shareholder approval at EGM.
