Sona Comstar Partners With Denso For Two EV Powertrain Joint Ventures

Sona Comstar partners with DENSO to form two JVs for electric/hybrid powertrains. One JV for 4W+ vehicles (DENSO 51% control), and another for 2W/3W where DENSO will acquire 49% of Sona's existing traction motor business at an enterprise value of INR 17,500 million.
