Blue Cloud Softech Allots 17 Crore Shares to Acquire Global Impx Inc.

The Board approved allotting 17,00,00,000 equity shares at ₹21.93 per share through a share swap to acquire Global Impx Inc. This transaction makes Global Impx Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary along with five step-down subsidiaries. Promoter shareholding will dilute from 38.48% to 31.39%.
