Knowledge Realty Trust Approves Up to ₹2,000 Crore Debt Raise Plan

Knowledge Realty Trust approved raising up to INR 1,000 crores through listed non-convertible debentures and an additional INR 1,000 crores via commercial papers. These issuances will be conducted on a private placement basis in multiple tranches for eligible investors to facilitate capital requirements.
