Zee Learn Confirms ACRE and Yes Bank Intend to Withdraw Insolvency Petition

Lenders ACRE and Yes Bank have decided to withdraw the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process petition previously initiated against Zee Learn Limited. While the formal application is pending filing, the Mumbai NCLT has recorded the lenders' intent to culminate the insolvency proceedings.
