A.R.S. Terminals, 99.8% subsidiary, received September 10 CBIC Letter of Intent to set up Container Freight Station at Kandla, to operationalize within a year with capacity 5,000 containers monthly. Capex Rs25 crore via debt and accruals, peak revenue Rs175-200 crore at double-digit EBITDA margin.
