Achyut Healthcare Board Approves Scheme of Amalgamation with Zenith Healthcare

Board approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Achyut Healthcare Limited with and into Zenith Healthcare Limited. As per scheme, Achyut shareholders will receive 119 equity shares of Zenith for every 50 shares held. The amalgamation is subject to NCLT, SEBI and shareholder approvals. Post amalgamation, Zenith promoter holding will be 45.80%.
