ACS Technologies Enhances Subsidiary Guarantee To ₹5.39 Crore For SBI Credit

Board approved additional working capital term loan of Rs 4.09 Cr from HDFC Bank under ECLGS 5.0, increasing total banking facilities to Rs 48.74 Cr. Board also enhanced existing corporate guarantee to subsidiary Iotiq Innovations by Rs 0.89 Cr to Rs 5.39 Cr in favour of SBI.
