Active Infrastructures Acquires ₹35.71 Crore Nagpur Property For Development

Step-down subsidiary Raghukul Shradha Realty LLP completed two sale deeds to acquire the property’s undivided 50% interests, including a 1,337.76-square-metre Nagpur leasehold plot and residential structure, for total consideration of ₹35.71 crore. Payment was made in full, possession delivered, and the property is intended for real estate development.
