Advent Hotels To Buy Balance 25 Percent In BD&P For Rs40 Crore

Increased stake in existing subsidiary BD&P Hotels (India) from 75% to 100% for Rs40cr cash, acquiring 70,89,775 shares. Target owns and operates 171-key Hilton Mumbai International Airport hotel. Reported FY26 turnover Rs102.37cr. Completion by June 30, 2027.
