Aegis Vopak Terminals Signs ₹142.5 Crore 51,998 MT Propane Tank Agreement

Aegis Vopak executed a framework agreement with promoter Aegis Logistics to develop an additional 51,998 MT refrigerated propane tank and allied facilities at JNPA. It will pay ₹142.5 crore upon execution, with a separate asset transfer agreement after completion; the related-party transaction is stated to be arm’s length.
