Agri-Tech India Faces SEBI Forensic Audit Covering Six Financial Years

SEBI has appointed CNK & Associates LLP to conduct a forensic audit of Agri-Tech (India) covering financial years 2020-21 through 2025-26. The company stated it will fully cooperate but cannot comment on potential impact until the audit is completed.
