Board approved preferential issue of up to 12,24,265 shares at Rs 1,674.47 each aggregating Rs 205 crore to seven non-promoter AIFs for strategic acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes, subject to shareholder approval at EGM on 22 October 2026.
