Ajcon Global Services Forfeits ₹1.65 Crore As Warrants Lapse

1,000,000 convertible warrants issued at ₹66 each have lapsed as subscribers failed to pay the balance 75% by the 20 July 2026 deadline. The upfront 25% deposit of ₹16.5 million has been forfeited and retained by the company, with no change in share capital.
