AKI India Reappoints Three Directors Who Resigned Three Months Ago

Board appointed Mrs. Sarika Agrawal, Mr. Abdul Rashid Khan, and Mr. Veqarul Amin as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors; Ms. Naba Fatima as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director; and took note of resignation of Ms. Hardika Ladha. Board also reconstituted Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
