All 20 lakh convertible warrants allotted at Rs. 111 each lapsed after holders failed to pay the balance 75% consideration by July 29, 2026. The company forfeited Rs. 5.55 crore received upfront; no warrants were converted and paid-up share capital remains unchanged.
