EBITDA Margin at 31.6% vs 25.8%. T&D at +12.9% YoY vs BPM flat at +1.0%. Board approved 48 Cr buyback of 4.8 lakh shares at Rs1000/sh via tender, subject to shareholder approval. EBITDA Margin expansion aided by employee costs declining 5.8% vs revenue growth of 4.0%.
