Amalgamated Electricity Board Approves ₹650 Crore Preferential Issue And Business Pivot

Board approved increase in authorized capital to Rs 2,000 Cr, change in object clause to AI, healthcare, EV distribution, and marketing, preferential issue of 130 Cr equity shares at Rs 5 aggregating Rs 650 Cr to non-promoter investors, and relocation of registered office from Mumbai to Delhi.
