Board approved issuance of up to 300 secured, redeemable, unlisted NCDs of ₹1 lakh each, aggregating ₹3 crore, on private placement. Coupon 12% fixed, quarterly interest, 24-month tenure, secured by bullion inventory. Subject to shareholder approval at AGM.
