Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Approves ₹550 Crore Subsidiary Investment

The board approved additional investment of up to ₹500 crore in wholly owned subsidiary Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies for gigafactories/plants, alongside ₹50 crore in Amara Raja Power Systems to support operational and manufacturing requirements, in one or more tranches.
