Apollo Micro Systems Board Approves ₹3,322 Crore Equity And Warrant Fundraising

Board approved increase in authorized capital to Rs 63 Cr; preferential allotment of equity shares worth Rs 951 Cr to non-promoter investors including Tata Mutual Fund, and convertible warrants worth Rs 2,371 Cr to promoter group and non-promoters. EGM scheduled for 4th August 2026.
