Apollo Tyres Announces CFO Gaurav Kumar's Resignation After 22 Years

Apollo Tyres’ Q1FY27 consolidated revenue rose 12.8% year-on-year to ₹73,978 million, while operating margin declined to 11.73% from 13.23%; Europe segment profit fell to ₹152 million from ₹481 million. Whole-time Director and CFO Gaurav Kumar resigned after 22 years and will continue through the transition.
