Arisinfra Solutions Signs ₹100 Crore-Plus DaaS Engagement With Vaishnavi Residences Group

Unitern signed its third DaaS engagement with Vaishnavi Residences Group for Bengaluru’s 3.3-lakh-square-foot Morning Mist project, with estimated GDV of ₹280 crore and a ₹100+ crore material-supply opportunity. The 36-month engagement takes Unitern’s DaaS portfolio above ₹2,000 crore in estimated GDV.
