Arnold Holdings Gets ₹11.59 Crore Open Offer For 39% Stake

Pawankumar Mallawat and Allwin Securities agreed to acquire 35.55 lakh shares (14.95%) of Arnold Holdings at Rs12 via SPAs dated Sept 8, 2026, raising stake to 17.48% with control and triggering mandatory open offer for 92.72 lakh shares (39%) at Rs12.50 cash worth Rs11.59 crore.
