Arvaya Healthcare Board Approves ₹210 Crore Rights Issue and SIGPL Acquisition

Board approved acquisition of 100% stake in Sushodha Institute of Gastroenterology for Rs 15.49 Cr via share swap, preferential issue to its shareholders, and fund raise via rights issue upto Rs 210 Cr. Registered office to be shifted from Assam to Maharashtra.
