PAT at 101 Cr vs 87.7 Cr, up 15.5%; includes one-time warrant forfeiture income of 24.36 Cr. Financial Activities segment drove performance with 52% profit growth while Investment Management segment loss widened. Board approved fundraise of up to 1000 Cr via QIP/FPO/Rights Issue, subject to shareholder approval.
