Asian Tea & Exports Names Sunil Garg Managing Director

Hariram Garg will step down as Managing Director on 28 September 2026 due to health issues but remain Chairman and Non-Executive Director. Sunil Garg, his son, will become Managing Director for five years. CFO Rajesh Garg will resign on 7 September, replaced by Raunak Garg, Sunil Garg’s son.
