ATVO Enterprises Board Approves Scheme To Merge Three Group Companies

Board approved a related-party amalgamation of ATVO Agrochem, Shubhshree Health Care and Shorya Business into ATVO Enterprises, subject to shareholder, creditor and NCLT approval. The merger adds ethanol, ENA/bottling and a 33-acre plotted-development project, while issuing shares that would increase promoter ownership from 55.80% to 70.65%.
