Board approved acquisition of 100% of Locon Solutions (Housing.com) from REA India for INR 458 Cr via preferential issue of 1.97 Cr equity shares at INR 231.42/share, making REA 24.9% shareholder. Also approved issuance of 51 Lakh warrants to promoter Aurum RealEstate at INR 231.42/warrant for INR 118 Cr. EGM on Aug 14, 2026.
