Final dividend of Rs 0.80/share recommended; director-related loans/guarantees capped at Rs 10 Cr. CCI penalty of Rs 0.4 Cr under appeal. EBITDA growth partly reflects Other Income rising to 1.1 Cr from 0.2 Cr, up 340.3%.
