Autofurnish Approves 55% Chhariot E-Mob Acquisition For EV Expansion

Autofurnish approved acquiring 55% of Chhariot EMob, an India-based electric two-wheeler, EV parts and battery business with nil turnover over the past three years. Promoters will acquire the remaining 45%, making the transaction related-party in nature; Autofurnish also approved a loan of up to ₹2.50 crore.
