Autoriders International Adds Renewable Energy Objects, Doubles Borrowing Limit To ₹200 Crore

Board proposed expanding into renewable energy, covering solar, wind and hydro generation, transmission, distribution, trading and supply, subject to shareholder approval. It also doubled borrowing and asset-charge limits to Rs 200 crore and redesignated Maneka Mulchandani as Whole-Time Director with remuneration up to Rs 50 lakh annually.
