Avalon Technologies Signs 49% India EMS JV With Zollner

Avalon approved a conditional joint venture with European EMS company Zollner Elektronik to establish an India-based platform for PCBA, box-build, system integration and related services. Zollner will hold 51% and Avalon 49%, with Avalon’s option to increase its stake to 51% after commercial production milestones. The transaction remains subject to approvals and definitive documents.
