The borrowing adds debt-funded capacity to the company’s expansion plan, increasing funding pressure before the planned equity raise. Principal will be repaid in four equal 25% instalments from the 15th to 24th month. Initial security comprises a promoter-share pledge valued at Rs 30 Cr, with land valued at Rs 17.4 Cr to be charged within 30 days; required security cover is 1.24x. A rating downgrade raises the coupon by 200bps per notch, while payment default attracts an additional 4.0% interest.
