Axentra Corp Approves ₹37 Crore Emageia Acquisition, ₹102 Crore Issue

Axentra approved acquisition of 100% of Australia-based Emageia, operator of the Kyber AI software marketplace, for ₹37.13 crore, including ₹18.09 crore cash and ₹19.04 crore share swap. It also proposed issuing 1.26 crore shares and 1.82 crore warrants at ₹27, alongside doubling authorized capital to ₹70 crore.
