Baron Infotech Appoints Five Directors As PurpleTalk Merges Into Company

NCLT Hyderabad approved Innopark (India)'s resolution plan on Sept 8, merging PurpleTalk India into Baron Infotech. On Sept 22 Monitoring Committee noted appointment of five directors including Sridhar Muppidi as Chairman & MD, approved CIRP and creditor payments, and proposed shifting registered office.
