Beeyu Overseas Secures NCLT Approval For 99.42 Percent Capital Reduction

NCLT Kolkata on 1 Oct 2026 approved Beeyu Overseas capital reduction to set off Rs 23.14 cr accumulated losses, cutting paid-up capital from Rs 14.14 cr (1,41,41,453 shares) to Rs 8.28 lakh (82,820 shares) by cancelling 1,40,58,633 shares (99.42%) without consideration.
