Bodhtree Consulting Approves ₹4 Crore Preferential Issue For Two Investors

Board approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, changing the company name to Datakosa Limited and altering its objects to pursue data engineering, analytics, technology consulting and real estate activities. It also approved a preferential issue of 23.5 lakh equity shares at Rs 17 each, raising approximately Rs 4.0 Cr and representing 9.72% post-issue equity.
