Brookfield India REIT approved acquiring a 50% stake in 264,000 sq. ft. Godrej BKC floors for an enterprise value of ₹17 billion, funded with ₹3.81 billion cash and property debt. The asset offers a 7.1% NDCF yield, while Q1 NOI rose 52% year-on-year and DPU was ₹5.60.
