Capital Infra Trust Approves ₹2,675 Crore Funding For Six Highway SPV Acquisitions

Board approved, subject to unitholder and regulatory approvals, acquisition of six sponsor-held ROFO assets valued at Rs. 29,214 million. Capital Infra Trust plans to raise up to Rs. 26,750 million through units/debt and issue up to Rs. 1,249.99 million of preferential units to the sponsor.
