Cinevista Proposes 100 Percent Provision Against Three Inactive Subsidiary Exposures

Cinevista board will meet September 22, 2026 to approve 100% impairment and Expected Credit Loss provision on investments and loans to three inactive subsidiaries, Chimera, Heritage and Eagle Plus Media, and voluntary strike-off of two of them after 10 years of inactivity.
