CMR Green Technologies Announces CFO Resignation And Kaushik Succession Plan

CFO Yugal Kishor Garg resigned for personal commitments, effective 23 Oct 2026. Satish Kumar Kaushik, appointed President Finance on 28 Sep 2026, is proposed to be designated CFO and KMP subject to board approval at November meeting.
