Deccan Transcon Names S. Bhalotia As Statutory Auditor

The Board approved S. Bhalotia & Associates as statutory auditor to fill the casual vacancy caused by the outgoing auditor’s resignation, subject to shareholder approval at the September 29 AGM, with a proposed five-year term. AGR Advisors and ACHS & Co. were also appointed as internal and secretarial auditors.
