Dharan Infra-EPC Discloses Ongoing SEBI Investigation And Seven-Day Extension Request

SEBI is investigating the company and has summoned directors and KMP for information relating to the pre-CIRP period. The suspended board and KMP have submitted part of the requested material and sought a further seven-day extension to complete the submission.
